Your 1 private message was late last night.. I just answered it actually before i read this thread.. You are not the only 1 waiting 4 weeks now for an HTA turbo also.. as far as the emails i think they were going to junkmail maybe.. I sent you a message on the 5th.. How is it weeks?? I asked you at that time how you want to handle things.. Its not Products in General its 1 companies product that has been on Backorder.. I offered REFUND, I got them to offer free shipping to AUS when it comes in.. Im not sure what else i can do because my hands are tied.. Posting in here unfortunately is not going to change my attention.. I have every PM saved which is probably 20+.. I apologize..
