Mike, I had the engineering shop check out the rods you sold me and told me they were " new " and only put in the engine and never ran but, they came back with a confirmed test and they are used. I have the print of from the shop and everything.

Please, I am tired of waiting for this response and it is getting old going on 3 weeks now. I know you're busy and all but, you should at least give me a idea what is going to happen now?

 

this has already been handled waiting to get the rods back to see what the deal was. these were in the box when i sold them and never used by anyone so i need to confirm whats going on.. these were sold to a 2nd person after the 1st so i can confirm anything without seeing them in my hand..

After all of this, I went back and checked the pistons to see if they were +.20 over like it was stated in the original thread.

The pistons are in fact +.40 over. 86mm pistons. I just hope that next time the for sale threads will have full information about the parts that your customers buy.

Originally, the for sale thread stated +.20 over and that's why I went ahead and bought them trusting the seller on this as vendor. I'm not sure what to think about this whole situation as I know you're busy and all.

Hope this lets others know and should do more research on the parts they buy even if the vendor states on thing.
