When I was ready to buy my HKS High Power Exhaust I noticed the price went up from 489.00 to 499.00. I e-mailed you guys asking if you can get it for the original price of 489.00. George had no problem doing that for me. That's what you call great customer service! It's the little things like that, that really make a difference. Because of this, you guys just made me a loyal customer. Thank you!
No problem, we are trying to get special deals for our customers even if HKS increases the prices for the US market. Looking forward of working with you in the future.

I have bought parts for my Evo from four (4) Vendors who all advertise at this forum and the only trouble/issue free purchase was from Boost Solutions.
My first purchase was a B&B exhaust from Boost Solutions and was my best experience.
Why was Boost Solutions so different from the others?
1. They clearly informed me about the item's availability and when it will be shipped. (Their shipment was actually faster than what they told me... which is good.)
2. Their price was competitive
3. They even follow up to make sure all is good
4. Replied promptly and professionally to all my technical questions both via email and on the phone.

The other vendors was not all forthcoming about availability and shipment date. One vender told me the part will be available in 2 weeks after I ordered it and continued to tell me two weeks until I finally got it 2 months later.
One vendor messed up on shipping and overcharged shipping, eventually got fixed but it was a hassle.
Another vendor I'm buying a downpipe from said it will be available in 3-4 weeks but it's now 3 1/2 weeks later and was informed that it will be another 3-4 weeks.

Lesson learned from bad vendors - IT IS BETTER TO TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THE PART AND DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL COME IN INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM INACCURATE INFORMATION for their planning purpose.
I'm not an **** buyers who nitpick but I do value honesty and Boost Solutions has been the only honest up front vendor of the four I have dealth with.

Thank you. I know sometimes the truth hurts, but I preffer to give you the new about the product status in advance. Sometimes this means,that I will be unable to make a sale, but this is much better, than to lie to the customer. Some customers get upset, when I tell them that the parts are on backorder from the manufacturer, but that is OK with me. At least I can sleep at night.

Thank you for taking time today to look at my car on lift to make sure my SP Downpipe is OK. I will take your advice at heat wrap my SP DP. This is why I will continue to go to Boost Solution because you guys are knowledgable and stand by the products you sale. You didn't have to put my car on lift today but you did. Thanks for taking time to help a customer and hangout a little.
Thanks to the mods from Boost Solutions I have 300WHP evo with my DYNOFLASH.
Suggestion please get Boost Solution plate covers for repeat customers of Boost Solutions. When I smoke a few cars at the track they can see I got my power from Boost Solutions. Similiar to Vivid Racing plates.

This is customer service at it's best....... One Thurs. I called Andy and told him that I wanted to order a down pipe and test pipe that we had talked about earlier and I told him that the only day I could bring my car was on a sunday and I could leave it. He said fine,what time? 10am..... Andy said no probelm we will met you here. Later that night around 10pm,I get a call from George and he said that he heard that I wanted the down and test pipe. I said yep, and he said cool I will be back by then and I'll met you there. I said be back from where? George advised that he was in Cali. for some AEM install course and he was calling from his cell phone to see what's up
George got back late Sat. night but was there on sunday to meet me...... Now that's customer service at it's best.
Oh BTW,I now have the AEM installed and kicking much a**. See you soon for the FMIC......
