Hi Manuel,
that car will be done as soon as we find out if we can use the injectors that you have.
Like other people said, they are Honda hi impedience injectors, and they are not really supposed to be run in an Evo8
Let me get the OK from AEM, and I will retune the AEM for them.

Yeah, I want to join you guys at the strip one day soon. Perhaps after it's all done we can set up a time to do it again...
My car has not really been "apart"for all this time, but the end result is the same
. I wanted to get the AEM tuned properly and it looks like George has found the key to do it and it has to do with the correct battery offset and other parameters for the injectors I'm using (they are not in the AEM sofware tables). The rest of the story is basically that I've done the mods in several steps so I've taken the car back 3 times. I don't think there will be any more things to do after this last round, so I expect to get my car back soon
1st time: AEM EMS, Exhaust, HKS intake, pump, injectors, fuel rail & gauges.
2nd time: Cams, cam gears and re-tuning
3rd time: IC, and re-tune... At this time I decided to get the AEM UEGO w/display and the upper IC piping w/new BOV. That naturally took more time and now comes the final tuning with the RC injector calibration & set-up.
I certainly hope I'll be done real soon.....

Yes, we would love to have a meeting here. If you guys want, we can throw a barbecue some weekend, but let us get our dyno, so it will be more fun.

So far I do believe that Ryan has the quickest recorded slip in an Evo with stock turbo in Atlanta of 12.90 at 108mph at Commerce. I might be wrong but I have not seen any others go quicker yet.
George maybe we can do this and all meet up again at Boost Solutions and have another go like we did this weekend.
Manuel hope you get your car back soon it seems like it has been apart for like a month now.
