There's no heartbreaker or reality check like the track itself.

That said, I really think that their car has potential. It has an awesome built motor. With a little time, love, tuning, and a smaller turbo, I think they'll do great. You have to give them kudos for going out there and trying, which is awesome!

What's with all the hating. There has been a lot of time and heartache put in to that car. You are speaking too soon. They just got that car ready the night before they rolled out. That car is highly modified so it requires special attention. That is the first time is has seen the track. I'm sure that if there were any problems that George and Doug will get it fixed. Give George a chance to post before making any more assumptions please.

Newsflash, they are running slow because soon as they hit 11s they get kicked off because they have no rollcages.

I've heard 13s from three different sources, NOT 11s, MadRicky. The only one hating on here is you. I suggest you chill out and let George and Doug run their business. If you look above, we've given them props and wished them the best.

I'm not trying to be a dick in the least. People tell me to state researched facts before I post and they are right. The only point I'm getting at is don't post until you know what is goin on. I called New Jersey and asked what is goin on because someone said that they were running poorly. There was a reason. They are actually in line as we speak. I'm not being smart. Posting that Boost Solutions is doing poorly on their site will not help their business. I am trying to defend them as they are my friends. If name calling is the right thing to do than you win. So I'm a dick for defending my friends. I can live with that.

Noize I honestly wrote you a long *** PM yesterday and it was erased. You made some very good points. It's really hard to know what a person is like from only judging them on a keyboard. Right now people are making negative comments about Boost Solutions on their site without them being able to explain. That seems like an easy way to clown someone to me. That is what a lot of people do on these forums, but when confronted face to face there are nothing but smiles. I am very loyal to my friends and if I think someone is putting them down I will defend them, not just on a keyboard. Judge me if you like. I think all this crap is pollution too, but if someone makes a smart *** comment then I can play too. "DYNO QUEEN HE, HE" - that was a smart remark, why???? If they run crappy than give them a chance to tell their side instead of running to the keyboard while they are still at the track and posting. That just seems silly.

Matt, I've seen George's car. I KNOW it has a ton of potential. Its their first time to the track, though, and these things happen to everybody. Once the car has an optimized setup, I know it will be wicked.

The best thing is that they got out there and raced. Its obvious that you and Doug can drive, as is evidenced by your times. The red car just needs more time on the dyno and some track time at Commerce to sort everything out.

You have to realize that they're out there going against the best in the drag racing Evo business. Even though I'm not the strongest Dynoflash advocate on here, I know Al has a sick fast car and he can straight up drive to to 100% of its potential. But he got into the 10s with a lot of hard work, tons of passes, and a lot of experimentation.

Nobody really expected George to roll everyone on the field the first time out, but we all know that he'll be a force to be reckoned with if he stays with this drag racing thing and keeps it up. I wish nothing but the best for those guys and hope they achieve their goals. Success is rarely attained overnight, but when focused hard work and continued effort are put in the mix, it comes in time.

Also Matt, Happy September 11th to you. Thanks for what you do for our country.

Noize, I realize all of that and I posted to get that point out to everyone. The way this post was going it seemed like George was talking smack prior to this race, but he wasn't. People post but don't know George's attitude. He's not cocky, he just wants his EVO right. I'm too am sure that it will get there over time. If someone clowned me or Doug for running slow I'd understand. We are more competitive and like to talk smack. Bottom line is I was just asking folks to quiet up untill they can post and explain. If they are running slow than so be it. The big dogs are there and they are running quick. Hopefully our day will come soon enough. Peace...

Matt
