Heated mirrors?

I have been looking for heated mirrors for my Evo. I heard that Canadian Lancers get them as standard equipment. True?

Yup, Turn on your rear defroster and your mirrors defrost too.

Noel (LancerCanada) has replaced his to aftermarket ones, Hit him up with a PM and im sure he would sell.

Excellent! Now I need to find someone willing to part with a set in silver. Or a dealer willing to ship to US. Thanks.

Noels are yellow but they could be painted. Cooksville Mitsubishi would ship to you (problaby) http://www.cooksvillemitsubishi.ca/ They are really good about that kind of thing. If not try KW Mitsubishi and ask for Martin http://www.kwmitsubishi.com/. They would problaby do it aswell. Hope this helps.

I am not 100% sure. I will be taking them to a shop in NJ whose motto is: "If you can imagine it, we can do it." I have an appointment on Jan 11th for heated seats. If I can get the mirrors on time, we will find out just how straight forward it is.

nice, where in jersey is that? I'm originally from Pompton Plains, in the Wayne area, and I occasionally go back home to visit my parents.

how difficult would it be to do heated seats (sorry to go off topic) but the idea sounds insteresting. I have them in my outback but I never considered putting them in the lancer

Here is a link for you:
Heated seat thread

The heating element is not that expensive. It is made by a company called Rostra for about $100 per side. My shop uses the German made heating element that is oem to BMW, MB and Audi. Supposed to be a bigger sheet that gets cut to size. I am paying $600 for 2 seats.
