Maybe for future events we should have the EVO guys just join in on the Toronto Lancer Club events??? TLC has a bunch of organized events... so it would make sense to join. There's an event coming up at Erin Mills Mitsubishi later this month.

 

Any meets coming up in GTA?

 

I think in the Lancer Club section of this forum they are trying to get one together for the third Thursday of July.

Just out of curiosity, I'm a former Evo IX MR owner and I'm strongly considering getting a used X GSR. Do any owners feel like letting me test out their car for a few minutes so I can see whether or not it feels good for me? I wouldn't launch or do anything crazy like that. I just want to experience how different the new gen Evo is.

 

why dont you just go test drive one at a dealership?

 

they won't let you test drive an evo in the dealership.

its like asking nissan to test drive their GTR.

 

I got to test drive an evo x at the dealership before I picked mine up.

You can test drive an EVO... but they are really picky about it.

You might have better luck test driving a used one.
