There should be a how-to somewhere, explaining how to get the grill off. But to answer your question no you don't, just all of that plastic stuff over the grill in the engine bay, and the clips and screws that hold the grill in.

 

yeaa there iss...theres 5 screws holding the grill in place.
but i cant find themm 4 in each corner of the grill and one behind the mitsu symbol

*EDIT nvmm i found itt....the four screws when u open the hood thats holding that piece of plasticc...
i thoughtt its screwed doo i was twisting it for like 5 minss...then i figured out its actually a clip -_-....
i'ma gonna do it tmrr =P

 

ALSO. i took a look at my city lights....cant really reach itt...but i'm guessing its the blue n black wire ritee? all i have to do is pull it out and swap the bulbs
