evo 9 mr rolling around in saskatchewan???

So heres the thread to explain whats going on:

http://mitsunation.net/showthread.php?t=8655

basically there is a guy WITH PICS, showing that he legally brought in a evo 9 mr into canada. I PM'd him to see if he would explain it to me and he wont, says hes not the only one and said 'god bless saskatchewan for being so slack'

I dont get it...ive heard too that sask is a slack province but i dont get it how he passed through RIV.

Anyone else care to take a stab @ it??

Shoot, I'd like to know how he did it too.
My cousin in Calgary would love to be traipsing around with her kids in a Evo.

i heard the same thing from friends in that area, but from what i was told is that the evo is under a ralliart v.i.n, the guy bought the evo and then bought a scrap lancer from the junk yard and change up some v.i.n. so he got an un-fit car and made it to a fit car. it will work if you know somebody. the v.in are easy to change on the lancers

So basically he's driving around in a fraud car, better hope to God he never gets in accident cause once they notice it's a ralliart, they'll have him by the *****.
