depends on the condition, some of them have damage under them, for example let me tell you about my favorite one. My girlfriend told me I didnt park properly, she asked for the keys, I handed it over sure no problem. she gets in the car straightens it and comes forward, only to go to far and scrap the bottom of the curb. F*$#*(#. She still wonders why I bought a chain saw so many years ago.
to answer your question 08lancer89, I dont see why you couldnt recover 50% of the value selling it private to someone who wants the front.

The lip evaluations for the car club will be unveiled tomorrow at our local car club meet. there should be my black lip (which I already scratched a tiny bit) and a Blue Lancer from outta town.
