Bumper Laws Harmonized with US
dont be spreading word around too quickly, the RIV list has to be updated and it still dosent mean that all cars will make it on the admisable side, we have to wait aprox 10 days to see the results. But it would be nice.

I am going to go out on a limb here, feel free to retract that statement at anytime.

But I am not sporting a evo 10 rear bumper, my bumper is a fiberglass aftermarket rear end that has no diffuser. I have been very vocal about the rear end of the Canadian EVO 10. If this gets some legs, I would see Mitsubishi phasing out the EVO X Canadian bumper hopefully for next year or the year after.
I hope so,
Cheers

i dont know if i want this to pass or not haha, i was very close to getting one of thew few legal ones in the country but now i can get one from the states, but it will lose some of its specialness
anyways, i hope this thing gets thru in our law and a lot of canadians going to be driving evo 8's and 9's this year.
EVOSOUL: i actually tried to take off those damn ugly diffuser but no way im going to drive it with 2 holes showing on the bumper.

question: anyone know the reason behind lotus elises not being admissible for import to canada? is it due to the bumper requirements or another reason?
some used 06 elises are going for low 30's with about 5000 miles
