Lotus Elises are admissible, a guy in our club has one. The problem isn't the bumper laws, it's whether transport Canada decides to make the revisions retroactive which they may not to protect the canadian used and new car economy.

I know that Mitsubishi Canada does not give warranty for cars purchased in the states but I was just wondering if saving almost $9000 on the purchase price worth the risk of not having warranty? What do you guys think?

Is that based on the RIV list or just what a friend of a friend said?

I just checked the list and I didn't see any mention of evos just galants and eclipses. It said something about 2007 and onward vehicles though which would still make evos inadmissable.
