Hi there guys, I applogize for not posting this sooner. We have two options we can proceed with this friday's meet (July 18th). Or to differ our meet until Next Saturday July 26th.
Why? One reason, notice to the Friday 18th meet was sudden and unplanned. Differing to Next Saturday will ensure a healthy turn out like next week and allow us to plan our the dinner after the meet at Dave and Busters.
It should be fun. We can still proceed with this fridays vote. A majority vote of regular members will be needed to proceed with this fridays meet. But I suggest pushing it back to next Saturday may be the best course.

How come we didn't go out for dinner at the last meet? That's why we left so early cuz we were starving... LOL
I can't make it to either of those dates but I should be able to make it to one or two of the ones in August.
