lol…stupid smart key…

and naw, it’s not a push start! hahaha
it has a combination of switches and such…pretty much a custom anti-theft setup…cuz i’m sure one of these days some ****** is gonna hop in it when i’m not around and think he can get it going.

she gets the garage…no roof, no doors, exposed engine…i don’t really have another choice! lol
and i don’t have a million toggle switches, but i got enough :P
as far as hp goes, honestly man, …unknown…
all i know is i’m runnin the original 1963 Volkswagen Beetle 1200cc flat-4 air cooled engine…when it was mounted on the Beetle Body it had a top speed of 72mph…but keep in mind the Dune Buggy body is a masssssssive weight reduction, plus i have a custom header/exhaust system. (still using the original 4-speed manual transmission too) ... also, for those of you who don’t know, it’s rear engine / rear-wheel drive.

dubbed the TQ recovery mod,
two versions are 1. an insert or 2. precision crush bends. to provide additional back pressure.
