Cold Air Intake CANADIAN OWNERS

Ok with winter around the corner and with that kind of winter we got last year - is there any doubts about our Injen Cold Air intakes? Coz i'm kind of worried now that I moved to AJAX about 3 months now and I was told they get more snow. But we've all seen our winter last year - should we go back to stock just a precaution or don't bother?

I'm going back to stock, no need for it during the winter anyways.

if your that terrified use the filter cover sock as ? like tocall it, AKA doorag lol

but you should be fine.

Actually back in the day the threat use to be your throttle body freezing open. lol muahha turning into the gas pedal from hell. But there should be little or no risk of this today.

If you go back to stock and say you already did the WORKS ECU flash, will that impact performance?

Reason I asked, coz i was suppose to get the Injen CAI followed by works ECU re-flash. Considering winter is almost here, i will delay the Injen CAI to spring and still get the WORKS re-flash done (inform them i have Injen CAI) now

i think its fine to leave CAI for winter. You get hydrolock when you throttle through a very deep puddle, but the winters here, its more snow and the snow is normally pushed away by your bumper if anything.

Man this sucks!!!! Called JRP this morning at 11am I asked them if they have recieved their INJEN HYDROSHIELD FOR SP1835 CAI X1033 --coz the x1035 I got is to small - and they said yah they have it right now. So thinking i'll leave Ajax by 1pm and head down there. Got down at JRP at - Guess what???? They are sold out!!! -- I told them I just spoke to somebody at 11am -- but they said they are sold out -- and yes that is all that &*&^(()(*@&^@!&*(&# can tell me. After that long trip from AJAX TO MISSISSAUGA AND BACK.
