hey,
i had my windows tinted (20% all around) before i knew about the whole scratching issue.
well, right now my windows are scratched to ****…
i recently ordered the moleskin kit from tintprotector.com (not installed yet, as i plan to re-do my tint and install it then)… but i must say, tintprotector could have done a much better job with this kit, nothing is pre-cut…and because of that, you get the feeling that you were kinda ripped off…so…i donno
it’s up to you in the end dude.
regardless of the fact that i feel like i paid too much for what they sent me, i will still be putting them on when i get my new tint because the scratches are horrible!

i went to tint masters to talk to the guy, i didt know that they put that felt stuff in automatically. apparently they could tell by looking at it. They said noobs have a hard time figuring out when it should be used.

either way only thing wrong with my tint is I should have picked 5% lol so dark

when i went to get my tints redone, the dealer told the tint place to shave the lower wiper with a razor. it reduced the amount of scratches but it still scratches a bit... i don't wanna shave it any more cuz it is there for a reason right?

i have to stronglyyy disagree with that bud…lol
my tint was destroyed without the moleskin.

the shop i went to installed theirs for free because i have a life time warranty, so now i have a brand new tint protectors moleskin kit sitting in my room! nice $40 wasted!
