Sorry I didn't get any pics, but it was yellow with yellow calipers/rear drums and gunmetal (IIRC) wheels. Lowered, cf hood, some stickers IIRC...
You can sorta see it here on the very far right:

i think that yellow oz was also at driftnation, at least i saw a yellow oz at driftnation with a cf hood and trunk lid, lowered with rims

yeah man for real. unfortunately i looked at the one when he pulled it into the show area for everyone to look at. up close they are horribly built. i saw soooo many flaws in the workmanship and whatnot. they should have done a better job since these cars are at sooo many shows. their drifting was sick as hell though, couldn't believe how good they were. especially when the guy with the fro was drifting while sitting on the window sill and leaning out of the car
Hmmmm so they look good from far but are in fact far from good! I never would have guessed that. Judging by the paint, vinyl's rims, power mods and the quality of the drivers I would have though these cars would be almost pristine with the occassional street scar from hitting a rock or sliding into a curb or something.
Tell my more about the build quality and workmanship. I've seen these cars in SS about 2 times and they look SICK. I guess they hid there flaws.

I didn't notice any flaws per-say, but the fenders for example are all bolt on with rivets because they have to replace them so often. I mean it's a drifting car, a race car, not a street machine, so you expect things like this.
Ahhhh I'd expect stuff like rivets and zip ties on a drift car....I thought Crash meant things not hooked up properly in the engine bay, duct taped hoses and flaking paint.
more like uneven welds and spot welding instead of bead welding which doesn't make sense on a car that takes such a beating. if you look at any rally car they have bead welds cuz they are so much stronger and don't develop point stresses in the materials. also they didn't finish the spot welds with a good sanding and prepping before painting, so there are a lot of sharp edges on the welds. another thing i noticed if you look closely is the flaws in the paint and such around the old power antenna hole and places like that. you can see where they just bondoed the whole and painted over it. and along with that were a couple runs in the paint. there were also huge smashes in the engine bay that they never bothered repairing and others that were in the frame itself, not a solid idea. my buddy came with me and he said the same thing, not impressed with the workmanship, but from far away they look pretty tight. i may sound like i'm being a dick over a car that seems so nice and that i probs couldn't afford, but i'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to custom work. i don't like doing a job half-***.

I've worked out the cost of turniing a 240sx into a sil-80 and making it comparable to one of the drift cars.
1991-1993 240sx - $1000-$7000 - depends on how much you want to spend on a car you're ripping apart...99% of the time your paying for paint/mileage.
Decent rims for drifting - $0-$3000 - You can use your stock rims or go all out and buy Volks, doesn't really matter because your going to chip, dent and grind the rims. (Signal has had like 4 rims on the original sil-80 since it came out).
Sr20det Swap - $4000-$7000 depends on the type of SR (redtop, black top) and what model (s13, s14, s15 or 180sx).
Suspension - $750-$5000 depends on if you want basic drift shocks and springs or full coilovers. Also depends on sway and strut bars. Some drifters have them some don't.
Basic Power Mods - Intake, Exhaust - $1000
LSD - $1000
You could probably get a decent 240sx drift car together for $20000.....and something compareable to the signal auto drift cars for $35-40k.
They're cheap cars to build because all you really need is an engine over 150hp, and lsd, some suspension and that's it.
If Crash spent all his money on a 240sx and mods...let's say $30,000 he'd have something very similar to the signal cars, it doesn't take much to get 400 hp out of an SR....turbo upgrade, some pistons, and LSD, intake and exhaust - $10,000
You could do it easily.....only question is, why? Why blow all that money on a car that you'll probably crash or slide into a pole and spend all your extra money on replacement tires?
