Toronto Crew...Help?

Me and my buddy are going to see Britney in concert tonight but we don't have any money for parking (and barely money for gas to get there lol)

Anyone know of any places where we can park for free???

I usually just leave my car at the subway station and just subway it down there. "Free parking" usually after 4 pm cuz the gates are up

Alright, I'll do the Fairview Mall thing. We're goin early anyway, it'll give me time to shop.

You're allowed to leave your car there passed mall closing time? The concert probably won't end till 930/10:00 (or however long concerts are).

I just don't want the car towed away or anything

sherbourn

its east from yonge street, its around 5 or 6 lights from yonge street east, and on sherbourn go north you will see residential area and park there, parking there is not allowed from 9 am till 11 am after that is free and you will see my black decepticon there too

Alright, and is that near the TTC?

My friend still wants to go to the mall first so we may just leave the car there.

Assuming you and your friend do not have TTC metropasses, you will have to pay for your TTC both ways. Cash fare is $2.75 per person so you'll be spending, $11.00 on TTC fare alone.

My suggestion... park downtown at the huge Municipal lot at the bottom of Church Street.
$5 all night starting after 1800.

Even if you get in before 1800, you will pay $1.50 per half hour (or less) up to the daytime max of $9.00

So if you get in at 4PM, it will only be $11 if you leave by 0600 the next morning. And you car will be in a brightly lit parking lot in a lively part of town.

About an 8 minute walk to the ACC and you're far enough from the traffic so you won't get mega stuck in it.

And if you want to go to the Eaton's Center mall, it's about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot... most of it can be done underground too if you care to try your luck with the PATH system. If so, dip in at BCE Place.

Park at York Mills Station; it's free after 3pm on weekends, 20min from unionstation by TTC and passes by Eatons @ Dundas/Queens station

York Mils station is South of Young and 401

Oh yea, if you plan to make more than 1 stop (go to eatons), get a ttc day pass; it covers for two people.
