Do you have to cut the bumper to fix it?

 

any box cutter / knife I think can do it, its pretty thin at the front

 

on a scale of 1 to 10 id say never to install it on a cold day make sure the 3m tape is tacky and warm lol. took a while to cut the hole some parts were like butter others had to put my whole body into it. and it def takes more then 10 min lol
