Ya motor mounts should help with that, but then you need to include that in the price and see if it's worth it.

What kind of product our they selling i think from now on im gonna wait till someone else puts there foot in the door to the lancer market. Which is a shame because i had no problems with rrm products when i had my 06 ralliart the product quality has dropped ove the past 2 years and instead of being a great product it becomes nothing more then the first product available.
There is nothing wrong with voicing your opinion its all good. I only mention counter points to give everyone idea of what might be on the other side of the arguement. And in a lot of ways you are right to feel the way you do.

The main things I want to stress goes back to RRMs size vs. the big guys. Like i said before they are willing to do things that the big boys wont do. Also there R&D is limited to there locality (is that a word, I think). RRM would be unware of things outside their range of influence. An example would be the The Turbo Kit thing that was mentioned. to be honest I dont think its RRMs fault. I would say that is more the fault is on Mitsu because they failed to disclose the core ECU changes. Hense causing the car to freak out and limp mode when turboed. the car just doesnt adapt in a normal time frame.

Anyways getting back to the header. Canadian Salt / Winter is devastating on metal. Rust? lol what doesnt rust. and sure give something long enough... it will rust right thru. Just look at the Lancer paint job lol. The point is.

If I was a racer (legal track of course) and i was looking to make a fast car and didnt have time to do a custom job. RRM is where I would look. Its the immediate performance your going for not quality of a long life. In any business, quality improves... RRM is focused on being as close to the community as possible. which means they are very good at rapidly moving into product development of different things.

I am bias in some way. Not with RRM since I have never had more then a 5 minute talk with them on the phone maybe twice... but its on the business side of things / Economics.

People dont give these companies enough credit. It is a hard life. I mean look at today... economy is in the crapper, maybe they might be losing money maybe they are breaking even. But they press on... and its hard its really hard. In todays day and age 10 shops open 9 of them are dead shortly after. those who survive are the ones that learned what worked and what didnt early on. RRM has something that works.

Your beef with the Header is noted... by alot of guys... some will go further. Its rusting... its not fitting, it pushes my exhaust out. Its a first generation product for the new 08. Its far different then the RalliArt that you owned. they had time to refine it. But i bet if you go back to the earlier genration of your ralliart you will hear the same stories your saying today about the 08 stuff. hehe just how it is it sucks.. but at the same time... your feedback goes along way to helping them fix the problems.
