Debating weither i should buy Evo X now

The dealer said no 2010 Evo are out yet, but they do still have GSR and MR

the thing is should i wait for a better deal or is it a good deal now? 2009 GSR $43000 - $1500 off msrp + Tax

but for 2008 MR they are willing to give me is 47000 - $4500 msrp cash deal + tax

Don't know if i should wait, tried to argue for the price but they wouldn't go any lower i calculated if i do purchase the car for GSR it will be 46.5k out the door and MR is going to be 49.5k out the door

Good deal or not?

IMO if u want to do alot of engine mods or want a 5 spd I would wait. If that doesn't really matter to u that is a great deal for an MR. If they don't want to go down anymore in price, just get them to throw in a few extras like RA tails, window tint etc. Personally if I had the funds I would get the MR and get them to throw in a bunch of extras.

I would say by this time get a GSR 2009, the MR looks like it wont hold the same value compare to a GSR since a lot of people dont want to buy automatic car........

Wait for 2010. You can see some of the new features included and decide if you want to pay for them or save and go for an 09 or 08. I would think they would decide to give you more of a break on a 08 and 09 when the 2010's are sitting on the lot.

They want to move inventory alot more when 2010 is just around the corner, eg: GM are reducing alot of there 09 prices.

Canadian mitsu is lame in that there are no SSS packages! I definately wanted 5 speed and could have lived without most of those features but no hids was a turn off. Even the 09 RA's now come with hids standard!

have you looked into importing one? I don't see why you couldn't as there's not going to be a "Canadian" rear bumper for the new ones coming!
