Yeah, a nice M3 would cost 75k and R35s are $110k after tax!

who says he has to buy a M3 or a R35? He could settle for a 335i coupe or pony up a little more and settle for the 335ix if he wanted to, and at the end of the day its a bimmer he's driving.

True, I also considered that one plus the G37x, but at the end of the day, you don't buy evos for their luxury features!

You're telling me the Evos are high priced (46.5k out the door, or 49.5k out the door) but the BMWs are low priced then? How the hell would you get a Bimmer for that price? A fairly basic 335xi was going to cost me about 45k here, and that wasn't out the door. If they are nearly the price of the Evos he is seeing, then it would be a great deal. With just a chip and a few bolt ons a 335 can make insane power.

MSRP for the GSR is 41,498$ and the MR is 47,498$ CAD. Yes, it's friggin expensive.

Nobody said BMW is low priced, but when your looking at around 50k for a car you better weight your options interms of what your getting from either.

A BMW 335I sedan (rear wheel drive) has a MSRP of $48900, while the all wheel drive version is $51500. Now when looking a the price of the coupe, MSRP for the 335i (rear wheel drive) is $50,600, and the all wheel drive version is $53100. Now we look at the Evo, the MSRP for the GSR is $41498, and for the MR its $47498...then throw into consideration the type of poor customer service Mitsubishi is known for, claiming to have the best backed warranty in the business, but yet they never stand behind their own products interms of fixing issues, and the fact that alot of interior pieces and such are shared with the lancer...something that should of been looked to really set the Evo apart for that price. And lets not forget the issues Evo and lancer owners have had with the poor quality paint, which chips easily. BMW has its flaws, don't get me wrong, but I just couldn't see myself dropping that kind of money on a Mitsubishi product. I've even had sales people, managers, and service techs say the same thing.

For a little bit more you drive a 300hp 3.0L twin turbo bmw with a beautiful interior
