my buddy has a crx that KILLED my oz. he completely stripped the interior, put in some crazy integra engine with SRI and done up exhaust. there are no seats in it except for the drivers. unfortunately he inhereted the car, because the guy who had it first had the engine fall on him and crush him. The car is for sale if anyone interested

I got nailed by a CRX back in the Summer, it was pretty disgusting. He really kicked the wind right out of me, I was pissed.

odd that you got wasted by a crx, cuz i raced one back from niagara on the lake in the summer and wrecked it. the amount of traffic might have had something to do with it, but at the same time in the clear spots he couldn't catch up.

alright this is my 4th time trying to get this thread going. getting really pissed off at trying to upload this image, so this is going to be short.

basically i took my car to the track fri night and this was my fastest run of the night. now, i am basically running stock with a CAI, motor mounts, and a bare trunk with no interior or spare tire.

kind of upset at the slow times i was getting, since i was hoping for closer to 16 flat. now, this is my first time to the track so i'm sure it could improve with experience, but still.
This will help

lower your reaction time and you may have an around 16 second car.

that's what i'm aiming for tonight: lower reaction time, better launch, smoother shifting. i also learned a couple tricks that i didn't know my first time out. if you put the car in reverse and back up even just a small amount, then put it in forward, you have posi for your launch! i tried it out and it works, i left a 2 wheel burnout in the parking lot of timmy's. never knew this before since i have always driven RWD cars that already had a posi in them.

well i did everything i could and lowered my time by a few tenths, but still couldn't get below 16.5. my best of the night (after about 10 runs) was 16.547 @81.31 MPH at least a wrecked another civic SI!!
