I got my hood, front of fenders, front bumper, aftermarket front lip, front of mirrors and infront of my rear wheels done.
One of the best things to do to a car.

After how long? They give a 5 year warranty.

I have 3M on my Lancer, so far so good. I can see some spots where the plastic was clearly hit by pebbles and saved my paint. If you get enough of those they'll actually cover it under the warranty if the damage is affecting the protection.

*bump*

I have 3M films on my hood and fenders and I'm about to have the car rust treated with the thick grease-type of oil. (not the cheap spray type that takes only one hour to apply...).

Anybody knows if the oil in rust prevention treatments could cause the film to un-glue if oil seep around the fenders ?

Would you guys be worried?
