Shipping an Evo from the States
Does anyone know how much it would cost to ship an Evo 8 from the states to Toronto? As well, does anyone know if it is possible to engine swap a lancer ralliart and an evo 8 engine?

otherwise you are looking at cutting a tunnel and modifying the body to accept the transmission, transfer case and driveshaft for the evo drive train.
read up on the RIV website what is involved in importing a used evo8. i imported mine 3 years ago no issues.

Find a place near you that imports cars. pay them like 200-2000 for the import say usa or japan. and you can import any year car from the states and any 15 year old car from japan.
here's a place in calgary that imports.. i'm sure there are many places in the T.dot

you could also just buy the car down there and drive it back.
