Canadian Lancer Maintenance Schedual
Hey people. Just looking for recommendations for what maintenance I should do for my 09 Lancer gts automatic. I live in Mississauga. I am currently at 97 500km.
I have kept on track with the oil changes, filters and i have changed the tranny fluid at about 50 000 km.
In MAY at around 101,000 km I plan on doing the following:
-change timing belt and water pump (change coolant)
-oil change
-engine filter
- replace tranny fluid
-replace brake fluid
-replace power steering
- replace rotors and brake pads
-replace spark plugs
What do you think all this maintenance should cost? The dealership would probably charge over 2 grand, and i have a soft qoute from a mechanic for around 1450$.
Am i waiting to long for any of these services (since they say to change the timing belt at 96 000 km)?
Any of these things i SHOULDNT do, or anything I am missing from this list that i SHOULD do?
Your time, opinions and expertise is greatly appreciated!

I think ur better off posting at the facebook page of toronto lancer club to get more replies. But yea lancer have chain instead off belt. But chain do get stretched though. Dun think power steering fluid needs to be changed. Rotors and break pad u kinda inspect it urself cause it all depends on how u drive and stuff.
