you dont have to be an engineer to work in engineering. if someone asks what i do i tell tehm i work in engineering not that i'm an engineer, big difference

cuz the guy that decided to post and call it a "mini-meet" didn't understand the concept....this is usually referred to as a "meet" with the big ordeal in June referred to as a "special event"...such that whenever we all get together we are having a meet and when we plan something big with vendors, prizes, etc we are having an event which is usually named....but hey, that's just my 0.02

Next meeting

Guys...Next meeting should not be merely 'parking' around at Cookesville. My suggestion is that after chatting, starring at the evo for awhile and exchange ideas, we should drive somewhere as a team..(around the city, etc.) Don't have to drive the dream car, namely the evo, but just use our real car that we should be proud of (at least for now, until the big thing really comming). Uniform for a simple club's graphic decal will be fantastic if it comes to reality. This is the only way i think to make known our club and Mits. to the people outside. No offense, just my humble suggestion....

There aren't 'twisty' really at the DVP. But what I am trying to say is crusing around (not merely speeding around). The weather will be woderful too.

Burlington is only about 15-20 KMs from Mississauga. Mississauga - Oakville - Burlington via. QEW. 20 minutes max.

It seems like there will be a good number of cars at the May 8 "mini-meet". I think joy-riding is a great idea, but it could potentially be difficult for so many of us to stay in one group (slow traffic, red lights, etc.)

It will be much easier if someone is kind enough to decide on destinations and re-grouping spots along the way, and actually map out the routes so we won't get lost. Also, we can use two-way radios to keep in contact with each other.
