Thats the most retarded thing i've ever read. Hell if that thing goes through cops would be breaking the law, since they often modify impalas to get them faster. They even have a modded civic now thats used to catch ricers out here.

 

This is retarded. How can you stop street racing. Kids will just race their parents cars. Street racing has been goin on for ever. Its not like the youth of today started it. Our kids when they get older will probably modify cars too. Street racing is happening world wide. Its also a money making industry.....if this bill passes a lot of people will be out of work. I'm not saying go and street race....but go and modify your car....its a hobby.

 

ALL police cruisers are modded, trust me. i worked at the ford dealer for a while and we had the contract to service the OPP and halton cruisers. the regular cruisers all have upgraded suspension, dual exhaust, ecu chip, and tranny shift kit....the highway interceptors have even more

 

This sure is retarded. Outlaw modding and legalize marijuana? While I'm sure some people out there support the latter, I still think our elected officials have their priorities reversed.
