are ralliarts allowed? i know they're not evo's but i thought i'd ask

Check them out on Facebook. I'm sure they have no problem with Ralliarts. There's a few Ralliarts I know of that are in it IIRC.

Anyone run track days?

There's no exclusive Mitsu clubs that run track days around NH/MA. I would suggest running with SCCNH or NER SCCA and get some autocross experience prior to hopping on to a full fledged road course. NHMS is an unforgiving track if you make a mistake.
