Trying to work out this plan relating to exhaust and cobb, need to know...

So I'm trying to work out this plan with my car to quiet her down. I'm using a depo brand high flow cat and the ultimate racing dual exhaust, running cobb stage 2 map.

I can't stand how loud it is now, I used to like it, but it's too much now daily driving, esp. in the middle of the night going by neighbors and I can be heard from my house to entrance of my neighborhood during the day, so night I'm sure I make a lot of noise.

So my plan was to keep my hfc cat, and temporarily put the stock exhaust back on. At that point sell the ultimate racing, and buy another, quieter exhaust (which I'm still not sure which one, maybe magnaflow or invidia q300 since I think those are between stock and the UR). So if I do that, could I stay running stage 2 map since I'll be keeping my hfc on, or should I downgrade to stage 1? Or?

I tried doing local trading for another dual but nothing so far so this is my next idea.

You can run what ever state of tune you want. With a more free flowing exhaust you get a little more power--the contrary is true as well.

With the HFC you can keep Stage 2.

Okay thanks for the replies guys. Yeah I like the tone of the q300, not loud but has some volume to it to make my car still sound good

Just notice the q300 is a bit expensive new to buy, on map I saw theres a CNT dual for $525 or Megan for $535, probably look at one of those or wait for some dual to appear on fs section.

You can get the Magnaflow brand new for less than either of those, and it's better quality with a nicer tone.
