car slower after test pipe install using cobb maps??

So today I installed my dc sports test pipe I got. I'm using it with the stock downpipe and ultimate racing dual catback exhaust. After the install, I read how people were running the cobb stage 2 map with just a test pipe as it works fine. So I tried it and me and my 2 friends rode with to test her out.
(For one thing, my car is pretty loud lol. a good amount of vibration at 3k rpm that disappears actually when rpm goes higher.)
My car felt fine, but slower, and we decided(on an empty, middle of nowhere road) to use the cobb for the 0-60.
First off before the test pipe, when I was running stage 1 with the cobb sf intake 93 octane, in sport mode, got a 4.9ish. When I ran today running the cobb stage 2 LWG with sf intake 93 octane in sport mode, I was getting times like 6.3, and other 6's, and I could tell the car felt slow, really off the line, more then before the test pipe and all. So I switched back to the stage 1 map I used before and got a 5.6??? I saw people said the stage 2 with the test pipe is awesome, makes the car feel a lot better. For me its just louder. Any help on this??
I doubt having 2 140 lb each friends would make much of a difference, since it was me and 1 friend when I ran the 4.9 awhile back.

More passenger weight will make a pretty large difference, go back and try again alone (where legal of course ).

Officially the Cobb Stage 2 OTS maps are designed for cars with a HFC, but they have been found to also work well with testpipes. What will really help is going to Cobb - Austin (or Plano) and getting a custom dyno protune, that way your tune is maximized for your exact setup.

So for now should I stick with running the stage 1? I'm running the stage 1 93 octane with sf intake low waste gate(LWG) map now? Or should I go back to stage 2, maybe try the non LWG map for either stage 1 or 2? I would love to go to cobb, if i had the money, unless its inexpensive haha

The protune will cost you about $400, but worth every penny. My best guess is the stage 2 map is the appropriate one for your car, but it's tough to say w/o actually being there and looking at your logs.

Don't you need to remove the pill in the vacuum line for stage 2?

yes cobb says to remove the pill for the stage 2 flash. i have to run the LWG duty stage 2 map due to a large intercooler other wise it over boosts by a few psi

they have come back to say that due to manufacturing differences your car may or may not need the pill removed as long as it hits boost targets. I have mine left in because it overboost without it, and have done so for the last 10k miles.

I did 2 0-60 runs and a datalog today. the data log was done with the stage 1+sf intake 93 octane LWG map I have been using since b4 the test pipe and also in sport mode. The knock retard thing i had mostly 0's, had it go to .7 here and there and .35 a bunch of times. The highest psi I hit was 25.9, which is fine right? I didn't log the stage 2.
But I did the 0-60 today on the stage 1+sf intake 93 octane LWG and got what I got when I first tuned my car months ago b4 the test pipe and having just a catback on of 4.94 rounded.

Then I retuned to the stage 2+sf intake 93 octane LWG, but forgot to sport mode, but in normal mode I got a 5.7...Would sport mode make a big difference, I can't see it going below the 4.9 I got on the stage 1. Note: just me in the car with normal MR weight, actually less with my UR catback and heavy *** CAT gone lol.

Also a random ?, with the datalogs, the time column, is that measured in seconds? is there a way to change it, the excel spreadsheet has like 2000 rows...

Sport mode will make a difference. So will weather and road conditions (temp, wind, grade, etc.).
