HELP!!! Cobb Stage 2 wont BOOST!

I have a 2012 Evo with; High Flo cat, catback 3", cobb 3 port, intercooler piping, k&n drop in, and am trying to use the cobb ap to tune my car. I have tried 4 different maps so far. All are the once for the 3 port. stage 1 v201 91 oct, stage 1 v201 93 oct, stage 2 v201 91 oct, stage 2 v201 93 oct, and i cant get it to boost to above 20! In stage 1 91 I can get 19 and it tappers down to 16 but all the others it goes to 14.5 and tappers down. I have checked for boost leaks and all tubes seem to be snug. I triple checked that the lines are coming from the correct areas(wastegate, intake exc.)and are in the correct ports. Boost pill is removed when you take out stock lines correct? The only piece of piping I left is the piece that goes from my aftermarket UICP to the 3 port that has a piece that connects two pieces of tubing together. My knock count is 2 at the greatest in all stages and octane levels. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! ANY HELP WOULD BE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I Will not be able to sleep until I figure something out lol. High flow is cobb, catback is greddy, intercooler piping is T1R if any of that matters.

I used the zip ties included to make sure lines were secure over the nipples on ports and all too.

why dont you switch 3port back to stock first, and tested with regular stage 2 map
then you will know if 3 port is bad or not.
If after switching back to stock boost controller and boost still dont get more than 20 PSI then you have a leak somewhere Check all your intercooler pipe connections and intake area.

I would say that u crossed the 3 port vacuum tubes. The hot pipe vacuum is connected to where it's not supposed to be connected on the 3port. Ur boosting but stopping at 14.5, that's most likely the culprit.

I'd highly recommend only using the parts COBB has list on the maps. Otherwise you'll prob run into issues. there's a reason why they have those parts listed. Our cars are extreemly sensitive

Its not the mods. The v201 and v400 maps underboost for me also. I hit boost targets just fine with the v108 map, but only get to about 20 psi with the v201 and v400 maps. Cobb recognizes the issue and is working on HWG maps.

You're absolutely right that I don't know what I'm talking about. But go ahead and read the map notes attached to the map you are using and it specifies that if you use any products other than the ones the maps were tested with you will have issues with car performance.

check it out. Map notes attached to maps

Its more or less of a "cover their ***" statement Ive been running their stage 2 maps with an intercooler and no down pipe and car hasn't had any problems except for the 3 port maps not getting to target boost. So i went back to OEM BC and the car hits targets no problem. It could be the 3 port I'm not sure but the car feels a lot better now with the stock EBC.

Hfc + catback = turboback
K&n panel filter = stock airbox
Intercooler piping is pretty much cosmetic
Cobb 3-port = cbcs maps

I don't see any parts outside of what the map notes call for.

I think it may be something with the new stock airbox maps. The v201 and v400 stock airbox maps have always boosted low for me.

This has been my experience:

Stage 2 v108 +hkspf 91
Depo hfc, greddy se, hks pf
boost was 25-26 psi

Stage 2 v201 stock airbox 91
Same mods
Boost was about 20-21 psi

Stage 2 v400 stock airbox 91
Same mods
Boost was about 20-21 psi

Stage 2 v400 + cbcs stock airbox 91
mods above plus cobb 3-port
Boost was about 20-21 psi

Stage 2 v400 + cbcs sf 91
mods above plus 3-port and k&n intake
Boost was about 24 psi

im on a protune now but when i was using 3-4 diff OTS maps on my 2013 gsr, it was boosting fine. but i have heard of the underboosting from plenty of people on cobb forums as well as in real life. its def not an isolated issue.
