Question on the accessport,

Stage 1 Map says it supports only stock intake/stock filter... So using something such as a cosworth drop in filter is not compatible? It claims that the air filter itself makes no difference to air fuel ratios.

Maps for the 2008-2010 Evos are coming! We're aiming to get a car here in the next week or so to complete testing on map updates.

This is definitely a possibility. We are currently integrating a TPMS reset option into the GT-R platform. I will put this on the agenda for our Mitsubishi meeting this week.

Pulls well - boost in right range.
Appears to idle better.
Accessport can log again with firmware update.
Looks good.
Great to hear! Thank you for the feedback!!

The Evo X does seem to be extremely sensitive to intake modifications. It's possible that a drop-in filter will work however I definitely recommend data logging just to make sure your fuel trims remain stable.

Another question, what is the difference b/w the Stage 1 v400 and v401 for the 2013 GSR?

Thanks

I read that the Evo X runs both MAF and Speed Density. Have you looked into a speed density only map?

Edit - Just ready that boost is a littler lower on the stage v401 - Is this map supposed to be on the more conservative side?

Yes, we've actually got a 2014 Evo X in our shop right now. We should be able to add support fairly quickly, hope to have some updates regarding that early next week.

We have acquired some new AEM wideband gauges and will be performing tests as soon as time permits.

Marshall...

Since ya'll have ignored my thread and my PM, maybe you will answer here since it relates to the newest version. How come my AP logs knock, but then the datalog does not?

I would ask on the cobb forum but that thing is a graveyard and the responses are lacking on there as well.

Yes, you'll want to use a Stage 2 map. While we used the COBB turboback to develop these maps, you should be just fine with most turboback exhausts on the market.

Well, I'll be damned. Granted, I think it would be a bad idea. It would need to coupled to specific injector brand, make assumptions about your fuel pump and subsequent fuel pressure and then your regional ethanol content.

personally, i think a protune is in order with e85.
