Stage 3 Newbie question
Stage 3 Newbie question
Just want to check with you guys to see if Im doing this right before I F something up. Yesterday I received my Cobb BCS and ETS intake so Im going to switch over to the stage 3 tune today. I already have the TBE on BTW. Ok so this is what I did: I saved the stage 3 OTS map from my AP to my documents folder, I opened Access tuner race and loaded that map, did all the copy and paste stuff, renamed the map and saved it, and lastly i loaded it on to my AP. Is there any steps Im missing? Also will I have any issues if Im also going to put on a ETS UICP today?
Sounds like you have done everything right, just simply load that puppy on to your EVO, go through the normal testing to ensure that you are not getting knock and check the normal logs and that's about it.
The UICP shouldn't effect your tune at all, but you will most likely feel a difference in the car's pull during higher boost loads, as there should be very little or no flex in the UICP anymore.
