this past firday, 11/26/04 i went to cecil country track. This was the last day teh track was going to be open so it was packed. If you search, i posted 2 runs from about a lil more than a month ago from capitol drag where my best run was a 13.9.

Here are the new times.

First run: Right lane: was great, but i missed 4th gear ( trap speed of 95)

second run:RIGHT LANE: first gear launched horribly and i gotta ****ty 60'

third run:LEFT LANE: ****ty 60' but my r/t is getting much better....The thirds run was against this z28

i seriously think i coudla ran a 13.5-13.6 but that 13.3, maybe after my dynoflash

 

If you hit a perfect launch you could have ran a 13.2-13.3. keep it up

 

thats what i was thinkin after my first...if i do the same thing but hit 4th gear...13.4ish...but my launches started to go sour.....i guess i was too anxious...need more track exp...that was my second time at a track for a total of 5 runs.

 

was that on 91 octane gas?

I missed 4th gear but that run i was a lil timid....on the 2nd and 3rd runs i shifted at 7100.

On the 1st run i got up to 95ish then went to bang 4th and missed and just drifted through the line

i have friends who g2 cecil everyfriday and say they talked to two guys with evo's that run twelves..maybe u remember them they were young kids..like 14yrs old and 16 yrs old..names mikey and danielle......danielle drives a stock civic hatch .....if i'm correct you or the other evo is red.!?

Damn, who did you race against on the first run (18.6@73 mph). Was it a Geo?

 

I really wanted to make it out that day, but I guess if it was crowded, maybe not Couple of new additions this week, hoping to be in the low 12's next time I go
