If you want to shift quik between 1-2 and not power shift then get the WR engine damper. It really helps the shifting alot.

The ECU lowers the rev limit on my car to 6000RPMs when you press in the clutch and the car is moving. The wonders of DSMLink. I'm sure the EMS can do the same thing.

I have Kossei T1-s 17x8.5 with BFG drag radials. Car is lighter than stock by about 200#'s, wing is removed, and the normal light weight tactics are done(LW battery, ect.).

Did you remove the A/C? Which intercooler were using before you switched to the AMS one? What clutch are you using? What intake manifold are you using?

Good job on the new times Curt.

I want to put this more into perspective though. Last year you went 11.23 at 124 mph with just our Stage 4, AEM EMS, clutch and the sheetmetal intake.

This year you swapped intakes, switched from our FMIC to someone else's, built a new shortblockand head from some other shop and you picked up .04 seconds and no MPH?

I guess is bothers me to have gotten no real "press" for helping you last year with the car, and now I see parts getting switched over while a lot of our stuff remains and still no "press".

Thanks for sticking to your end of the deal, it's always a pleasure helping someone out and them returning the same.

Nothing wrong with your parts David, and I personally gave no-one press, I change parts to suit the car, doesn't matter if im paying for them or if there free, or where they come from, AMS, BR, Magnus, Shep, RRE, GD, FP, ect or even my own custom parts, there all great parts, it doesn't matter to me as long as they work. You cannot rely on just one vendor to build a car, I give credit to you and all the other vendors that help me out. What does make me happy is when vendors call me to try out "x" part to make my car go faster, that tells me there honestly trying to help, I get a call or email nearly everyday from someone, I shouldn't have to call and beg for new parts or updates. The 124mph was into a 40mph headwind on a non prepped track, it did pick up 5mph in the 1/8 but slowed down up top with the headwind, I made three runs and was kicked out for no cage, the car will run a ten on the stock turbo with the new setup. I have a few more tricks up my sleave for the April 15th event, hope all you shops are on your game.

I don't know how much Curt want's to devulge about his setup but he did switch to our EVO 8 intercooler core, Lower intercooler piping, along with an AMS spec'ed bottom end. With all these good parts and the ported head he has the driving skill to put that car into the 10's.

What ic core was he running before?

BR 3" cat back exhaust, previously ran BR deluxe IC kit, changed out for AMS IC due to future piping issues, Dave's had a 2 1/4" inlet J pipe wich will not work in the furture.
