Sorry I should have made it more clear..I meant what are you using to get 02 readings or whathaveyou=pocketlogger..Did you just buy the connector and use the free software or what??I would like to hook one up as well, I still have my palm from my last DSM..

If you were asking what I'm using as a logging device to determine my S-AFC settings, then the answer is a pocketlogger (Palm m100, odb-ii connector, and Palm'N'Stein). It's only narrowband, but using O2s and Timing, I can dial it in nicely (and safely).

Hrmm you would think he would get the lower one first since that is the only one that actually adds power.

That may not be common knowledge. On DSMs, one of the VERY FIRST mods was the UICP, because it was so helpful. It would make sense that it would be the same on the Evo, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Plus, the lower pipe is not visible and COOL like the UICP, so I think people tend to change it earlier...oh, and it comes included with some intake kits, I believe.

Yeah, I just followed Turbolarry's advice on Evotuners.net. He has a little guide for choosing a cheap Palm (you already have one), where exactly to get the OBD-II connector (not easy to find), and where to get the free Palm'N'Stein software. I did all of this, and it works great for me.

Nice numbers bud. It seems that the MRs and the 2005 in general benefit much from their LSDs in traction. I have an 03 and I keep toasting my front tires when I launch it. The MR has much better grip of the line.

I thought the 03-04s got pretty good 60' times, too. Most of the 05s have trouble launching because of the 5k launch limiter, but no problem from spinning tires (at least stock). I never noticed you were here in NoVa. Do you hang out with the DC club or race at Capitol?

My Palm M100 came with the cable, but I had to get the connector at a specific shop online.

Yes. Did you not find/follow Turbolarry's guide on Evotuners.net? He has the links and explanations there in case you need it.

I did a 12.4 on a flash, no SAFC on 93. On less mods.

The 2g UIP is replaced due to the flat spot where it travels under the airbox. There is no restriction in the Evo upper pipe.
