11psi dude lol no way dude 5-6psi i could see but 11psi sry nope not going to happen in our cars what other mods u do to ur car new pistons ,headers what i just want to know cause i am running 6psi and thats with other stuff i just want know how u are able to run 11psi with out blowing up?but nice time tho

sry didnt see the part about the blown piston my question mainly was how is he running 11psi? i would think that 5,6 or 7 psi would be the limit for our engines but idk i am just saying

This guy is a good friend of mine here in Puerto Rico. What he failed to specify was that he ran the 13.8 without blowing the pistons. And his car was running a 9-10 psi with no problem for a long time. He also failed to say that he has 3000GT fuel injectors to go with his Apex SAFC. The problem that caused 3 broken pistons was that for some reason he decided to lower the fuel setting on the apex computer, apparently causing it to run too lean. Anyway, he should recieve new forged pistons and eagle rods this week. We might see some better times now that he can run higher boost. Anyway, good luck to him..

You are correct. He had to install a set of resistors from a turbo eclipse between the stock injector wiring and the 3000GT injectors.
Just talked to my friend and he told me that he has forged SRP pistons and powter rods on order. He will also use a stand alone engine management computer. MicroTech ECU. He installed a phantom grip to improve 60' times as well. If all comes together allright he'll have a pretty fast car. Can't wait to see it finished. We'll keep you guys posted.
