Did NHRA change the rule for roll cage is it anything under 11.5 0r is it 11.99 still I cant find anything on this. The last I heard it was anything under 11.5............

 

The rule is now 11.49. However, the local track owners can do whatever they want. If they want it to be 11.99 then that's what it is. You can even show up with your NHRA rulebook and point it out to them but it won't matter. I went through this earlier in the year and that's what I was told by the NHRA.
