Something is wrong, your traps are way to low for your mods. You may have a boost leak. Well actually I'm not sure, you did trap 107.5mph on one run and 106.65mph on another. Honestly it may just be your driving, I think run 2 was your 12 second run, but you got a bad launch. Why are you trapping so low through the 1/8th? I think you may not be shifting correctly, and when you get some good shifts, you mess up on the launch. You may just need more practice and to get some pointers from other EVO drivers at the strip.

Actually that is the problem i know myself shifting because every time i go into 3rd or 4th i cant get it in sometimes the car wil grind as im pushing it in sometimes just doesnt want to go in but yeah i think it should be good for 12 i think its either my synchros going bad or the clutch is not adjusted right.

What clutch are you running?
Based on the mph and your mods you should be hitting a 12.65-12.7
I ran a 12.8 with a 105.5 mph trap

That's at sea level, so it helps your times.

IT's a combination of launching, shifting, and tuning. Oh, and having the right combination of parts with which to tune.
