12.25 First time at track 2nd run ever :)

Finally got to run my car at the 1/4 mile track!!! It was a ton of fun. I was only able to get 2 runs in the night. When I first got to the track I was so psyched because it was kind of empty. Well after 15 minutes there some car blew its engine and oil was all over the track By the time they finished the clean up there was only an hour left till they closed.

There is a ton of room for improvement. I did a few things wrong and I will correct them next time. I should be in the 11's soon !!

Was this a 93 octane run or race gas? Nice run. The shifting sounds very quick with that clutch.

Pretty good for pump gas. I thought we went an entire thread talking about tire pressures, and I don't remember 40psi ever entering the conversation. That autocross tires pressure!

I wouldn't say 11s will come easy, though. .25s is a LONGGGGGGGGGGGG way to go. Believe me on that one. If you gain a little mph and get the launch down pat, you will have a good chance. At the same mph, it will be difficult, but possible...it will require a 1.6x probably. Again, though, 89 in the 1/8th and just under 115 in the 1/4 does prove ~350whp on a Dynojet. Good job.

Nice job Joey, with a 1.72 launch and no-lifting to shift (at least 1 gear) like warrtalon you've got about a 12.03 there and likely 115+.

I still have one brand new tilton hybrid in stock that someone else better ****** up before it goes in our car.

I was running 22psi just my normal street setup. I did have some race gas because I had planned on turning the boost up later. That launch was scary because I didn't anticipate so much tire spin. The car was pulling hard towards the wall so I shifted like a *****. I was excited for doing well my first time our but disapointed knowing I could do better
