Yea I know I have trouble telling the difference from inside the car whether I'm slipping the clutch or spinning. Usually if your spinning you will bounce off the rev limiter though where if you slip the clutch it is more of a progressive rise in rpm. I have a video where I am spinning the tires. You can't tell by looking at the wheels either. You have to listen to what the engine is doing.

The Cusco Twin disk isn't slipping. If the clutch was slipping the car wouldn't have kicked sideways. I street race. But most aren't dead stops.

Was your friend Justin on the track that day? Cus I didn't see him do ANYTHING besides laugh at your time (yah he wasn't on screen...so what?) much less do better. Sorry that annoyed me...

Anyway, nice save from the wall. My CRV's clutch started to slip about a year and a half ago and by that time I knew what spinning the tires felt like. ;p Two totally different things.

Yeah, AWD cars always get sideways when the clutch slips.

If it was a slipped clutch the car wouldn't have kicked like that. I rolled off the line, no chance of the clutch burning out right there. And that run was also a good amount of time in between runs.

No, I can't view embedded videos (stupid proxy). I had to post a direct link just so I could see the video...

That was my only time at the track for the season. The car has a lotta kinks to get out, and it was way to cold. I will be back out with more accurate times once the track reopens but the best of the day was a 12.6 at 120.8
