Could you please add your times to my timeslip database? I am trying to compile an extensive list for all of us. All you gotta do is register and fill out your timeslip info... its really easy and when this is done it will kick @ss.

Why waste time on alcohol when he can just put in race gas.

Because you can run alky all day long, but you have to buy race gas at the track, which is much more expensive and requires a re-tune each time you add it.

plus its great to be able to pull up to the track and just go, no need to siphon the tank emty to put in race gas.

That must be at your track then because i can get 114 oct at a gas station. Am not trying to start anything but we both have different opinions about Alky,Meth,Water injection so am not going to get into it. For me its either pump or race gas but then i don't have the problem with needing to reflash i can just switch maps.

We will be ready for you then Kage. John and I will be using our EcuTeK system on the IX MR. Techtom is unreliable on the IX's and has been frying some ECU's.

Just let myself or John know when you are ready via PM. His screen name is John@TTP-E now.

all right went again tonight, it was a bit cooler than last week, didnt change anything to the car same set up as last week : intake, LICP, testpipe, catback, mbc@20psi.
here are the runs

1st run:

60' 1.806
330 5.313
1/8 8.174@86.75
1000 10.647
1/4 12.700@109.54

2nd run:

60' 1.820
330 5.261
1/8 8.085@87.10
1000 10.594
1/4 12.594@109.50

last run:

60' 1.745
330 5.196
1/8 8.034@87.02
1000 10.512
1/4 12.573@108.78

so again very happy with the performance of the car; for some reason it was faster in the 1/8 tonight 2mph faster , but the top end remained the same. I am putting my downpipe later on today, and my reflash next Wed, then i ll go again to the track and hopefully run 11.9, that will be my goal.

Techtom is not unreliable in Al's hands, and he is not frying ECUs.
