You assume I did not. I didn't buy everything from forum vendors and got better deals, because I was patient and searched around more.

I trapped the same as you on less boost and hitting the rev limiter before the line. Shifting to fourth resulted in a good 2-3mph drop in trap.

I'm not trying to argue though. We all understand that you're God and what you say is the law. Your packages are the best deal ever, and no one can drive as good as you.

Holy crap didnt mean to start another war on here! Funny seems Wartalon and his vendor was involved in that also...do we see a pattern here?

I have a cat back w/ a test pipe BUT its all one piece... not two seperate pieces thus the DP back NOT turbo back. When i first got on this site wartalon helped me out with some small things, but now all I see is someone who has another agenda (whatever it is).

Seriously, i like my set up so far! I just wanted to share and talk w/ some of the guys on the site and maybe make small talk. I wanted to see how people reacted. 99% of you guys are awesome and I apperciate the support I was really excited but after this I may never post my times again. For the other 1% of you GROW THE "F" up.

Everyone has their own mind and their own opinion I didn't buy the system because it may of had problems and i knew i'd need help, I bought it because things happen and i wanted that assurance sorry I am careful with my $30,000 investment, but to me thats a lot of money and I try to be as problem free a spossible.

Again to the rest of you thanks for the support, you guys are awesome.

Congrats on the run! I really need to work on my launch, I did a 13.73 bogging off the line. I would personally be entirely happy of I could run 13.5 stock.

Woah, woah, woah. You're from Pullman? I thought I had the only Evo in Pullman?!?!?! What color is yours? The only other Evo in the area that I know of is a Blue VIII that's stock and appears to be driven by an older woman. Regardless, nice times.

That makes sense why my wife thought she saw me driving my car a few weeks ago while I was still at work. When did you get the exhaust put on? She should have noticed the difference in sound if you've had it on for a while. I'm actually no longer a student. I work as a customer service rep for Schweitzer Engineering. What is done to the blue VIII that you're familiar with? The one I saw for about the 3rd time in 3 weeks yesterday in the Sangria Grill parking lot had no visible mods, including stock ride height and stock split 5 spoke Enkei's. Anyway, any chance you'd let me check out that exhaust? Maybe we should start up the Pullman/Moscow Evo club?

I almost forgot to ask if this was done at SIR(Pacific Raceways) or Woodburn? If done at SIR then I'm not surprised by the sub-par 60 ft times. It's not easy to get traction there, especially in the spring. Woodburn on the other hand.....

I just put the exhaust on like a week ago hasn't been to long. The blue evo, the one with mods has an exhaust and rims and is lowered from what I can tell and it a younger kid about my age 22ish.

The run was at SIR, yeah traction sucked my buddy has a 425HP cobra and couldnt get it to hook up all day, his best was a 12.9 and hes a good driver....so i bet there were some issues.

Yeah whenever you want to take a look at the exhaust just give me a PM on here and we can get together. One of the guys in my house is amazing with a camera he wants to take some shots of your car when we get together if thats ok?

I believe Nick Sealey works at Schweitzer Engineering, he is a Alumni from my fraternity, small world i guess.

As far as the club, yeah that sounds great. But with the lack of EVO's all 3 or 4 of us maybe we should just start a car club in general. Like i said my bussy has a 99 cobra with an 03 swap and super charger and another guy in my house (one with the camera) has a sick BMW. So..whatever we can talk later about it just let me know.

I broke in the engine, i have ALOT of miles on it right now. I've been home (400) miles one way 2 times since i have had it and have been to the other side of the state 2 times already (another 400 mioles one way) so it has some miles on it and it should be alright.

Dude your crazy. By posting your times I am pretty sure you are looking for critisism, good and bad. That is the whole point. If you didn't care what anyone thought, and just wanted people to suck you off; than your right, DONT POST HERE EVER AGAIN. Go tell your frat buddies about it, they may be of more assistance.

Other people suggested other ways to achieve the same goal, and they are right on par, that's the point here.

So the number of known Evo's in the area has doubled by my count in three days. Crazy stuff. Yeah, we can get the cars together for some pics. I'm game. I'm not familiar with Nick, but he does work for us. Small world indeed. There's already a car club in the area known as the "Palouse Region Motorsports Group", with their own website: prmsg.org. For the most part they're autocrossers and road course guys that work here, but they're always looking for new members.

I'm not trying to defend anyone here, because I think you're right about people setting themselves up for good and bad criticism by posting up times, but spending time telling the guy that he wasted his money on a 3.5" exhaust is pretty pointless. Unless he's losing power with it does anyone really think he's going to go through the trouble of selling it and replacing it with a 3" exhaust? If so....convince him to sell it for really cheap and maybe I'll buy it. Just kidding.
