yelo3, is your car the one featured in Zoom mag #43? I was hoping to see that run at the 4,6&rotor Nats in Adelaide last weekend.
I have just bought a EVO III from Melbourne this week. I will be heading back over in a week or so to pick it up and bring it back to Adelaide. I don't know if there are any others in my neck of the woods.

yelo3 , are you running the standard evo 3 gearbox? Also , they come standard with 5.4 final drive. I read in the article that you had the stock 3.9 ratio. To my knowledge Evo 1,2 and 3 all have the same gear ratios and final drive (5.4) Correct me if I'm mistaken. The Evo III I am getting is a metalic silvery type colour. I won't have it for a another week or so( getting the bread together) Can't wait. It's a really nice car.
Now I have to sell my Galant Vr4.Sad, but it will have to go, hopefully to another caring owner.

Yeah, the Vr4 final drive is 4.93. I reckon that would be a better final drive than the Evo 5.4, not that I have fully realized the potential of the Evo gearing after a short test drive. Is it an easy job to change the diffs?
Hopefully I will get the baby next week.
