Ran 11.57 @119.54 with the new setup...no turbo kit here!

WellI finally made it out to the track after getting my car tuned last fall for the new turbo and AEM and meth. The car has felt great on the sreet and made 333whp and 340tq on a Mustang Dyno here in Troy MI.

Well my goal at the track was to beat my best time last year which was 12.33 @110 in 95 deg. heat, with my same mods except stock turbo and utec.

My car ran great and my launches were all pretty good and shifting was very fast and never missed any gears lol. My slowest time was 11.79 @ 119.02 and my fastest was 11.57 @ 119.54 with a 1.608 sixty ft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so stoked to run these times. New personal best for me.

I think Robert at FP did a great job with this turbo with the hp actuator. He really helped me out in making sure it was set up properly. This was all done on 94 and meth.

I am now thinking of a few more tricks to do and a VP Import tune

Here is a piq of the slips.

Good job on the mid 11 sec runs, nice 60ft's as well!!!
I'd like to see some VP import tune track #'s if you decide to do that! I've thought about using that fuel as well but just so expensive, double the price of c16

Thanks for the copliments. I am using the AEM 2step...quickly slipping the clutch at 5500rpm...still getting plenty of wheel spin. So I dropped the tire pressure about 10 pounds from my normal setup and thats when i got my best 60ft. This would be the evo8 w/r.

The MPH looks great, but it seems like you might be leaving some time behind you with your shifting. Your 60' and 1/8th mph would put you at about a 7.2-7.3 which would net you probably around a 11.2-11.3 in the quarter.

Eh, for 119.xxxmph, I don't think his shifting is that far off. Maybe he could squeeze an 11.4.

I started out the first two passes with 38frt and 36r tire pressures. I lowered all four to 30 for the last two runs. I run 28psi of boost which tapers to 26.

Yeah, the shifting was not slow I think this set up has a 11.4 in it as Warrtalon even mentioned. I just need to work on my 60ft times and get one in 1.55 range. Due to the fact on my fastest pass I spun very hard and still hit my best time and 60ft of 1.60....which shocked me, as I thought it was going to be a slower 60 due to the wheelspin.

Well the "new setup" includes the turbo, AEM, and meth injection, and new lsd. I had went 12.33 when i was on the stock turbo and utec in real hot weather. I had been real anctious to see what these new mods would give me in the quarter. So I am still on cloud 9!
