From what I could see about Mr. Brown's car it was not RH9
Dan Bejalis's car is RH9 legal as of today with radials for this race but sadly he did not run it

after trying out these Hoosiers I don't think I want to go back to a radial though

I built my car primarily to race it and that is what I contiunue to do - each series has its own set of rules and generally I modify the car to fit the rules of the race which this week took the addition of raial tires and a new alignment
