Video will be up tonight i would hope. The car did beyond our expectations for the first pass ever.. with the new setup. Brandon did a great job.. I wonder would it would of been had he not lifted when the windows blew out ( sorry ) .. nevertheless the car will be back out next week. He has to get his 9 sec license as well.

Most likely i will be running in about a week to a week n a half have to really work on getting my 9 sec licence now so i can be ready for the next events coming up! But all i can say is there is once i take this thing off low boost and actually really learn how to drive it the car will go 8s Real soon!

love to see a non shop car list

 

I'm waiting on some like Dan Bajalis, and Paul, and even mr 06 MR. Those aren't shop cars- just dudes with a wikkid hobby, a good set of people around them, and obviously some money. - My dream lol

 

Smp, something about this list has been bothering me for a while:

(current world record for the evo 8)

It seems odd that non-US cars are exempt from the list but it so loudly proclaims this fact. While it probably is true, without allowing non-US cars on this list maybe that should say:

(current US record for the evo 8)?

Or has this some other way been verified...i.e checking all the slips from all over the world ?

As far as the 1/4 mile goes- yes both are WORLD records for both evo 8's and 9's... No one in the world can compete There are some fast ones out there in Greece, the middle east, and Puerto Rico, but none seem to run the 1/4...
