Launch FAQ?

The description of this forum talks about launching, but I see no sticky and I searched but didn't find what I was looking for. Does anyone have a link to a thread that I'm just missing or post on how to get an optimum launch on an Evo. I'm interested in how you guys launch.

There's tons of threads asking, answering, and explaining about launches. How did you not find what you were looking for? I've even posted vids of myself to help explain it...

Well I haven't Drag launched before, but I would probaly just bounce it off the launch control let the clutch out, but not snap it out more kinda ease it quickly. So that when the car start to go you just let it out more and more so this should take like less then 1/4 of a second and then your done. See with my mr2 i used to just let the 2-step holt it at 4k and i would just pop the cluch and it would hook and Bye.
