Just curious how many evo 9 5spds with stock bottom end have dipped into the 10s with a 35r, and cams. No nitrous, and no engine build up. the 9s 4th gear seems to be a bit shorter than the 8s. 120-121 is about all you can get @ 7800 rpm in 4th gear, and this is not enough mph to get you through the traps without a shift to 5th. Any other evo 9 guys having issues getting past 11.1?

why don't you just rev to 8k or 8200 that's what i do... stock head & bottom end
